NEW STYLE Shaw-Bend Panbrakes have Quick Release Toggle Action Clamping Fingers.

NEW Front Operated Ball Screw Gauge.
Comes fitted with 2 Axis Australian Touch Screen Programmable Controller

Has two Step motors that talk to the computer for accuracy.
Movable Front Gauges Left to Right on Linear Slides, this allows for smaller and larger widths.
These can be quickly locked.
Emergency Stop Flick Switches fitted for safety
Takes up a lot less room in the workshop than a Power Backgauge.
Allows you to get closer to the fingers to do smaller returns

Shaw-Bend Panbrakes have Australian Patents on the quick release clamps and on the shape of the fingers, which allows quick removal and a tighter return. eg.10mm in the bottom of a U section.

The Bottom Bed has removable sections, angle iron, apron and bed for TDF or air conditioning ducting etc.

The Hydraulic Clamping Head has an Electronic Pressure Gauge.
This is to set the correct pressure for holding the material.

Auto cycle: after clamping bottom beam will bend to pre-set angle and return, head unclamps to set position
Adjustable inbuilt timers allow for Dwell Time, Open Height and Clamping distance.

With Australian Made 2 Axis CNC Controller.
Full Length Folding Blade can be supplied.

Fingers are high carbon steel, Apron blade high carbon tensile steel and segmented.

Shaw-Bend Panbrakes are run and tested prior to delivery.
Hydraulic oil is included with the Panbrakes.
